REGISTRATION
A 30% non-refundable deposit (once departure is confirmed) will be due at the time of your registration (the deposit).
The balance must be paid 30 days before departure. Travelers who register less than 30 days before departure will be required to pay the full amount upon registration.
Without a deposit your place will not be reserved.
The customer must be informed and up to date regarding entry formalities into the Dominican Republic as well as health conditions.
CANCELATION
No refund will be made following a cancellation on your part less than one month before departure.
For cancellations more than one month before departure, GreenGo RD Tours will reimburse the client but will keep 15% of the amount for management/administration costs.
All prices are calculated in US dollars.
Prices may be subject to increases and must be reconfirmed at the time of booking with deposit.
Availability must also be confirmed at the time of booking.
INSURANCE AND HEALTH
We strongly advise you to obtain multi-risk insurance covering the risks generally associated with travel such as: life insurance, medical and hospitalization expenses, loss and theft of luggage, cancellation insurance, evacuation, accident insurance, repatriation.
Your guide will have a first aid pharmacy. However, we advise you to take with you your medications and personal treatments: Aspirin, dressings and compresses, disinfectant, elastoplast strip, double skin for potential blisters, anti-diarrheal, eye drops, throat lozenges, broad-spectrum antibiotic, anti -inflammatory, hydroclonazone tablets to purify water, and mosquito repellents
CANCELLATION POLICIES
If a hike or excursion is canceled by GreenGo RD Tours, participants will be contacted and informed of the possibilities available to them.
No refund will be made if the cancellation is due to force majeure for which GreenGo RD Tours is not responsible. You may be offered a date postponement.
Serious injuries and/or illnesses
More than 15 days before the date of the event: in the event of serious injury/illness, a leave note signed by a doctor is mandatory, regardless of the type of injury or illness. The note must indicate the number of days off and must be dated. In this case, a refund may exceptionally be issued (please note: 15% non-refundable to cover transaction and administration costs).
